A meeting about a property deal, a long discussion over coffee’s, a passion for quality and a powerful synergy of skills led to Ian Penfold and Peter O’Hora forming their business partnership.

Ian is a qualified, highly skilled Professional Quantity Surveyor. He has worked in the profession for 26 years and is held in high regard by his clients. He has lead a large number of prestigious projects in the South West including listed buildings, those in environmentally sensitive areas and designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Ian holds his own portfolio of investment property.

Peter, whilst running a successful management development consultancy and training business, began investing in property in 2005. He has financed, refurbished and developed a broad range of property types and now owns a mixed portfolio of investment property from single and holiday lets to licensed HMO’s. Since 2012 he now focuses entirely on property investment, development and financing. Peter has undergone extensive property education, has been mentored by some of the country’s leading property investment experts and continues to meet with them regularly. He attends, and has spoken at, property and entrepreneurial networking events.
